What is NOVARK?
NOVARK is an enterprise AI agent platform from SYSTEX.AI. It offers five themed applications: ISO management and audit, document control, inspection, finance and customer service. AI Chat, Knowledge Base and MyAgent are included, and every theme shares one AI governance standard.
Does NOVARK support on-premises deployment? Does data leave the company?
Full on-premises deployment is supported. If you choose a cloud model, prompts are sent to that model provider. You can also set conversation retention, delete records, and enable personal-data masking when importing into the knowledge base.
Are the AI's answers grounded? Will it make things up?
Knowledge answers cite documents, pages and passages so the original can be checked, and the AI says so when evidence is insufficient instead of filling the gap. Prompt checks and sanitisation of imported content further reduce malicious instructions and wrong answers.
How are AI usage and cost controlled?
AI usage and quotas can be configured to fit your enterprise environment and usage needs.
What does a NOVARK rollout look like?
Three steps: a scenario review to choose the first theme and align on data conditions and success metrics; a single-theme rollout, validated through deployment and a PoC on real data; then expansion step by step with the same rollout method and governance standard.
